Scotty Sanders has been leading organizations for 30 years, initially founding and serving as CEO for a multi-million dollar business and then spending 20 years serving in executive and administrative pastor roles for two megachurches. Having worked with hundreds of pastors and consulted with churches nationally and internationally, Scotty is committed to helping churches bridge the gap to reach God’s potential in their communities.
Scotty’s expertise includes most aspects of church life, leadership development, strategic planning, creating an environment of excellence, building a volunteer base and connecting people to the body.
Scotty and the team will join you and your church to design a plan for explosive growth, health and renewal.

Mike Walker
Dr. Mike Walker founded and managed a successful business which was recognized as an industry leader by professional trade journals. Mike sold his business in 2003 to devote himself full time to God. During the past five years he has visited over nine countries leading eighteen mission teams. He has served as an executive volunteer, adviser and consultant for private businesses, churches and pastor associations. Additionally, Michael was the chief organizer and strategist for the ‘ONE’ focus formulated at First West with executive pastor Scotty Sanders.

With over 12 years experience in full-time worship ministry leadership and 20 years experience in information systems & marketing strategies, Bob Chambless offers his creative expertise in the areas of worship, video and print media, lights and sound, church marketing and web site design. Bob’s desire is to bring a “newcomer’s perspective” to your ministry, adding value to what God is already doing in the local church.
From intimate worship settings to megachurch gatherings, Bob works with ministry teams to improve overall worship excellence in areas of vocal, choral, instrumental, technical, promotional and relational arts. He makes solid recommendations for improvements and provides assistance throughout the process.
Bob has a passion for moving creative teams along a path of excellence that will engage people to the message of Christ. If you are ready to take your creative arts ministry to the next level, a consulting/mentoring arrangement can be custom fit to suit your needs.

Cindy Sanders has served alongside her husband, Scotty, for 20 years. Cindy shares Scotty’s organizational skills and desire to help churches. However, she brings her own additional skills and expertise through her experiences as a Children’s Minister. Cindy offers proven techniques, honed from years in the children’s ministry. Her consulting advice and ideas will help ignite a new and captivating energy into your children’s ministry.

Todd Parr
Student's Coach

Todd Parr
Todd has 19 years experience as a student pastor. He has served churches in Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana and now Oklahoma. Currently, Todd serves as the Executive Pastor at First Baptist Church of Broken Arrow, OK. As a student pastor, he led efforts to streamline ministry and develop effective strategies to reach students for Christ.
Todd’s heart is to work with student pastors to create a vision for ministry that develops “missional” young men and women. He is dedicated to bringing creativity as well as biblical relevance to the church.

Jenny LoBello

Jenny LoBello
Jenny LoBello has served in the lay leadership of churches for most of her adult life. She has the gift of evangelism and lives out the great commission in her everyday life. Prior to joining the Life Catalyst team, Jenny spent time as a child advocate for abused children for CASA of Northeast Louisiana.

Jennifer Hickl
Jennifer is a Human Resources professional with a desire to see churches develop a healthy staff culture using effective teambuilding, solid hiring and retention practices and excellent tools for communication, recognition and accountability.
A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in economics, Jennifer served as a human resources manager with Accenture. In 2007, Jennifer followed the Lord’s call and began using her expertise in ministry. She now works with churches and non-profit organizations to design and implement human resource solutions.
Jennifer was a recent speaker for NACBA’s educational teleweb series. Additionally, you can read her article regarding the use of personality profiles in the hiring process in the June 2009 issue of Church Executive magazine. Jennifer has earned her SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) and is a certified trainer for the Leading from Your Strengths behavior profile. She is member of the Dallas chapter of NACBA, Dallas HR and the Society for Human Resource Management.
